TomTom Assist is the first entry of a consumer electronics brand into the roadside assistance market. ndl navigated FSA regulations and had the expertise to manage an efficient business model and customer experience. A service offering with global potential, the assist initiative supports TomTom content, services and messaging strategy.

In 2009 ndl came together with an audio production company that operates radio in shopping centres, together with IVR and on hold branded audio services for major brands including Tesco, and expedia.co.UK. With support from ndl, the business has developed products and grown sales. Plans to continue to take the business into exciting new areas.

ndl works closely with 90% of the UK commercial radio market on thousands of brand sponsored and station led promotions. As preferred prize management supplier to Radiocentre and the RAB, ndl helps shape best practice and supports the industry. In 2010 we sponsored the ndl Radio Academy Promotions & Marketing Awards for the 10th consecutive year.
