How we helped EDF say ‘thank you’.

EDF Energy were looking for a promotional incentive to challenge the negative perceptions of the energy market and reward their loyal customers. So they asked us to help them create a way to say ‘thank you’.

We created an online reward platform in which customers could enter their account information for their chance to win hundreds of prizes. Bronze winners received two-for-one offers, while silver and gold winners won a bespoke experience and travel-related prizes (with all promotional incentives designed and managed by us).

We guided the lucky winners through the process of claiming and enjoying their prizes, right from the word ‘Congratulations’, ensuring they felt valued and appreciated every step of the way.


As many as 900 customers won every month, and there was a significant improvement in customer feel good and loyalty.

In fact, the scheme was so successful that EDF asked us to take it forward as an ongoing campaign to rebuild consumer trust and reward customer loyalty.
